Host Planning 

As a Singles Club member in good standing, thank you for considering volunteering as a host

for a Singles Club event. You and your co-host will have the opportunity to be creative in

developing your event. Your tickets to the event will be free.

Planning needs for events vary greatly. This Packet is designed to help you have a successful

event. Included are ideas for catering and entertainment as well as forms to submit for payment

of event expenses. 

Contact the Activities Director at least two months in advance to get your event on the Club

calendar.
