Singles Name Badge

We want all members to wear a name tag, preferably one from our club, to wear at our functions.  Follow the steps below.

• Click on the "Name Badge Order" link below to initiate the order.
• Then Click on, add to Cart. then View Cart
• Then Click on, proceed to Checkout
• The Singles name badge is $8; payment is preferably done online.
• When enough badges have been ordered, the Membership Director will order the badges.
• Once the badges have been made, the Membership Director will contact you when your badge is ready to be picked up.
• Preferred payment is online.  You'll receive a confirmation email when your payment has been processed. 
• You'll receive an invoice if you pay offline.  Your badge will not be processed until payment is received.
