Host Planning Documents

Thank you for considering volunteering as a Host for a Singles event. 

First, you should contact the Activity Director for general guidance. 

Contact information can be found under the website’s Contact Tab.

You may select a second club member as your co-host for the event that you are hosting. 

You and your co-host will receive free tickets to your event.  

The below documents are guidelines to assist you in selecting food and entertainment. 

You are not required to use these providers nor worksheets.  If you have other suggestions, feel free to use them.
