To Edit Your Profile

• Until a member makes a payment to renew membership, the member will be on Member Profile page. Once a payment is made, the member will be on the Home page immediately after logging in
• Click your name at the top of the page
• Click on Edit Profile
• Make your desired changes
• Click Save

To View or Contact Board Members

• Click on Contacts, then click the Board Members submenu
• Click on Email for the desired board member you wish to contact

To Contact a Member

• Click on Contacts, then Directory
• Scroll to the desired name (50 shown on a page), OR
• Type the name in the Search Box
• Click on Send Message and the system will send your message to your desired contact

To Renew Your Membership

• From the Home page, click your name at the top of the page
• Click on Renew to 1/1/25
• Make any changes if desired
• Click on Update and Next
• Click on Pay Online; you will receive a confirmation email, OR click on Invoice Me
• If you have credit in the system, click on Invoice Me; you will receive an invoice email

To Register for an Event (From the Event Menu)

• Click on Events
• Scroll through the events that have a Register button; these events are open for registration
• Click on Register; confirm  email address, click on Next
• If the event requires payment, select Registration type Member, click on Next
• Confirm pre-filled information, click on Next
• If no payment is required and the information is correct, click on Confirm
• If payment is required, proceed to instructions "To Pay for an Event"

To Register for an Event (From the Event Email)

To Pay for an Event

• If Pay online is the only choice, click Pay online, complete the information and click Pay.  You are now fully registered for the event. If Invoice me is a choice, click on Invoice me. The system will send you an email with instructions to complete your registration and payment processing.

To Register a Guest* for a Free Event

To View and/or Cancel Events You are Registered For

• From the Home page, click on your name at the top of the page
• Click on My Event Registrations
• To cancel an event, click on Already registered
• To make a change, click on administrator

To View Event Registrants

• Click on Events Menu
• Scroll to the event you're interested in
• Find the colored words that show the number of registrants
• Click on the # of registrants
• Navigate using arrows and screen numbers
• To Cancel a Waitlist registration, email the webmaster

To View/Pay Unpaid Invoice

• Unpaid invoices will appear when you log in
• If they don't show, click your name at the top of the page
• Click on Invoices and payments
• Click Pay Online, or follow instructions to pay by check

To Apply Credit to an Invoice

• If you have credit because of an event cancellation, you can use this credit to apply toward your membership or other events
• To use the credit, click on Invoice me after renewing membership or registering for an event.

Who is a Guest*

In accordance with Sun City Grand's Chartered Club Policies and Procedures dated March 9, 2023, a guest is a person without an activity card who attends a Chartered Club function as a guest of the Club or visits any of the Association facilities/amenities under the sponsorship of a Sun City Grand resident holding a valid Activity card. Guests and Prospective Chartered Club members may only attend a Chartered Club function a maximum of 3 times per calendar year. Guests and Prospective Chartered Club Members may be charged a guest fee. Additional fees ay be charged for materials and supplies.

**Log in, click on your name (top), Click on My event registrations, click on Cancel registration (browser)
